FlowFitness

FlowFitness brings fitness and skill practice together using juggling, flow and circus arts, alongside calisthenics, weight training, hand–eye coordination and balance work. The goal is to keep training fun, practical, and beneficial to everyday life.

Sessions begin with a stretch and flow routine drawing from Tai Chi and yoga, combined with the fluidity of flow arts. This prepares the body while creating space for essential skill drills, adaptable to all abilities.

Part one of the workout focuses on bodyweight exercises delivered as a circuit, with integrated juggling or flow practice between sets for focus and coordination.

Part two introduces a weight-training circuit designed to be accessible to everyone. FlowFitness will run as touring classes across the UK, with gym residencies, online videos, and an app to guide participants through the programme. travelling classes may vary.
