Welcome to Flowfitness a creation from Craig Flowtek, merging simple basic and fun flowskills, with a unique
and well rounded exercise routine.
Made to benefit people of all ages and abilities, a great way to learn new skills and meet new people, keep
fit, imrpove your mental and physical wellbeing.
With a basis in control, balance, strength, and flow.
Classes will be avilable in person where advertised or following the online training videos. The aim of
Flowfitness is to bring together skill practice and learning
with simple but effective exercise routines. The programme will be avilable for people of all skill levels.
Enocurporating Flowarts, Thai Chai, Yoga, Calisthenics, weight training
mindfullness and meditation.
Our aim is to create a healthy, and fun way to get fit while getting in the all important practicce in
our daily rountine. The idea if following at home is to take things at your own
pace, concentrate on control, balance, form, strength and focuss. Ill be creating work out plans an
ideas for keeping it interesting, how the flowfitness programme works and when you can
attend classes. This will be comming to events, gyms, community groups and be avilable online.
